Rachelle Kehler - Artist Biography

I am a self-taught landscape and wildlife painter working primarily in oil. Originally from Toronto, I

moved to Calgary, AB in 1984 and then to Lake Louise in 1986 . I have been enjoying life in the beautiful Rockies ever since with my family, creativity, work, and recreation.

I am part of a very artistic and talented family, everything from architects and potters, to landscape painters and realism. My family’s influence was essential in shaping my creative abilities and has instilled a deep love of art and nature that endures and continues to inspire me.

I offer a range of services, including commissioned pieces, custom murals, and a variety of items with my images. Contact me to discuss your project.

My Medium

I paint my art in mostly oil on canvas, and also dabble in acrylics and pencil sketches. Prints, magnets and Commission pieces are available.

My Inspiration

Nature of any kind has always inspired me. I also love rustic, vintage, and cozy buildings and scenes.
